CHRIS came to our home after we had several other Foundation companies come out, all of them presented us with different different pier options,  ranging from $20-$60,000.   We didn’t really want to lift our home. We just wanted to stabilize it so he recommended chemical soil stabilization.    Price was about 5500 part of which include included an engineered soil test after they were done.    They passed the test on the first round and our home hasn’t moved since.

We hired concrete leveling technologies because our home that have been appeared a few years ago, but still experiencing movement. Austin came out, presented us with with a soil treatment method.   His company came out injected around my home and have stopped the movement of my home going on two years now.    We are very pleased and have recommended concrete leveling to our friends.

Just had my garage and walkway leveled and these guys were just awesome all the way through!!! Highly recommend you choose them! I had, what I thought, was a challenging driveway to work with. They easily raised my concrete slabs to the 99% level they promised. The workers were all methodical, professional, and pleasant experience to work with. I even got to help! They even paused and to let me see the work and explain the mechanics to me. This team really had it together and I felt comfortable every step of the way through the process. There were two cracks in my driveway that needed leveling. These areas are significantly better now! Austin was very accurate in his estimate of the results and the costs involved. They were very informative of our options and efficient in providing service! I recommend this company!

Our driveway had become uneven and presented a tripping danger and our front steps leading up to our front door entrance had lowered significantly through the years making entrance to our house increasingly difficult. Concrete Leveling Technologies guys did an excellent job restoring our driveway, sidewalk, and front steps to their original position. The results were esthetically pleasing, the process was surprisingly quick and professionally done, and the crew was a pleasure to work with. I recommend them highly.

I have a pretty heavy duty slab with a screened in porch built on it that is cracked all the way through and one corner was sinking. These guys got the sinking corner raised back up and the whole slab stabilized. Super pro and very reasonable pricing.

Our front sidewalk had four sinking panels. It looked unsightly. What to do—dig up, replace the cement panels with a new pour, with all the inconvenience, or was there another option? I posted on Home Advisor and a company contacted me with a better solution—leveling the concrete slabs instead of digging up and replacing them. Today, a company called “Concrete Leveling” showed up, drilled a few small holes and injected a Styrofoam product into the holes. This process simply lifted up the slabs, until they were level. When finished, it only took about 30 minutes for the Styrofoam to harden. Replacing the concrete would have resulted in half of the sidewalk looking new, with the other half looking weathered and aged, very unsightly. Replacing the concrete would also have cost more than twice as much than leveling it. We are very pleased with the aesthetics of Austin Smith’s work.
